Well I just got it all back together tonight and rode it for the first time.
The carb is supposed to be off a 1991 KX500 but I can't confirm that.
First out it was really fat, 170 main, 60 pilot, and for the life of me I can't read the needle numbers on the paper I wrote them on.... d**n rain LOL
I tried a 48 pilot and air screw out 1.5 and put needle on leanest slot was second down when first checked.
Runs much better but still is not right.
Any help with the jetting on this would be much appreciated.

What are the numbers off the side of the carb?

I belive it is V563EF21
Going by old eBay pic.

Carb is 90-93

Thanks sandblaster
I'm just goona wait till it's a bit warmer out and spend a day jetting, it's pretty close just maybe a pilot change or 2 and a new needle.
Do a few plug chops for the main.

Chipped,
I'm pretty sure I still have my log book for my 93 at the shop & will dig it out & post my jetting as I used the 39.5 PWK too.

Jetting as follows:
39.5
50 pilot
NOZF Middle Clip
165 Main
#8 Slide
3/4 Air Screw
38
Same as above except,
162 Main & 1 on the Air Screw
