Well Last Night I Traded My Baby (05 Yfz 450) For A2006 Kx250f Pretty Clean Bike I Have Ridden Bikes Before But Never Owned Wa Wondering... These.Bikes Should.Have Killswitches Right?

Yes, your bike should have a kill switch.
Based on previous experience, I wouldn't ride it without one....
