hi all,
about to tackle the jetting on my bike after its rebuild. i have searched the KX250f threads and also tried to have a look at the jetting part pdf on this thread (didnt open).
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on jetting specs for this bike that has a cylinder works 269 kit, stg 1 hotcams, boyesen quick start & full jardine system. also has twin air filter (not sure if it will make any difference).
As i dont really know much about how to jet a carb (diesel mechanic, never had to work with carbies!!) i'm not sure which to change and which to leave alone!!

I think you should start with stock jetting and adjust the fuel/air mixture screw! And see how that works for you. a big bore kit migth requiere more air and fuel. but since it's a suction engine. it should be able to do it by itself
