Has anyone tried this on a KX500af swap? I haven't measured yet to see if the KX and CR Frame share dimensions.

It seems you might be able to salvage the rails and the motor mounts up front are integrated into the new billet Y.

I'm sure once its welded up and covered up by that massive 500cc two stroke pipe it ain't so bad. :-D

True. Certainly some impressive machining. Somebody else has made similar front piece, but theirs was more angular.

Might be worth it to me if the machining ran all the way with the bottom motor mounts solid also. But probably not possible or too much aluminum and waste.

The main downtube on a KX250F frame is 1.875 square, so this doesn't work anyway.

This would be sweet if it worked.... Someone should get one set up for the kawasaki and start selling them..... Would make life a lot simpler....
