I have a 2007 kx450f. The motor has some issues so im parting out the motorcycle, just wondering if there is anything i should make sure to keep to do a 500 swap. Im selling the complete motor and carb. I know i need to keep the radiators and all the obvious stuff but am i gonna mess up by selling anything from the power plant? i saw one guy use the stock 450 airbox with a modification to use stock 500 carb so im planning on going that route.
