So what's the scoop? Trying toget a list together of what needs doing for the gy welding things up. He lives quite a ways from me so I din't want to be making repaeted trips getting things sorted out.
The standard, right side KXF250f rad looks good, while the left looks too long. What solutions have you guys come up with?

Thanks,read that. Helps with pipe layout, but no what to do regarding the left rad. It's on a 450 frame too.

you can look at my build, I found that a YZ 85 radiator works perfect no cutting or mods. the only thing is you will have to radiator caps

Yeah, is you have some pics that wold be great! I've jst been mockinh up stuff again, and there's no way I can see the standard left rad clearing the frame with either option. IE Using JFABS fram rails, or cutting and refitting the original cast aluminium frame section.
Obvisoly people get round the problem, just would like to know how. Don't want to end up with insufficient cooling.
