Got a recipe for them?
Here is what I got hooked on for popping little critters. PCP Airgun. 28 grain pellet at around 1000 fps. Lighter pellets much faster. 6-24 50mm illuminated reticle scope. 3000 psi in the tube. Modulator. Has a little magazine that holds 8+ rounds depending on the pellet length. Very accurate.

Boil for about 1hr , de-bone, use squirrel instead of chicken when making dumplings.
Thats alot of gun for squirrel. I have a tech-force 87 in .22cal and a RWS 45 in .177.
Brute:
I have an RWS in .177 I mounted the scope on the barrel block to make it a scout rifle and eliminate the break barrel issues. Took a lot of critters with it but the PCP hammers them and larger critters. I usually just pan fry squirrels and eat :-P but have four saved up to brine and smoke to try it.
sandblaster:
Pan fry in extra virgin olive oil, a dash of season salt, serve with salad, wild rice, and indigo hills pinot noir...
Brute:
Or pan fry and growl while you are stripping the meat off of the bones with your teeth! :-D
