KX60 HELP! In need of rebuild!
Friar-Tuck:
There is a very thin, washer that goes between the bearing and the pin that pushes (or Releases) the clutch.
see fig # 92200 (if you right click on the image and then click "view image" it will be a bigger pic)
It should fit the dia. of the pin just right and put pressure on the bearing face and not the cage.
The washers I had and I got from the auto parts and hardware were too thick.
There was no freeplay in the clutch when installed, it was actually compressing the springs a bit . That would have definitely led to premature clutch failure. Just like the woodruff keys & the mystery washer, the smallest detail can make all the difference.

I had an appointment at the hospital this morning and when I got home I saw the Parts and got to work...
Installed and boxing up engine.
Shipping In the Morning, so you could be Riding by Tuesday!
Gotta get this thing boxed up.
This box is 12x12x16
The parts could be laid on one finger...
All buttoned up!
