i was reving to long in second gear,then a hit the 3rd,

and i hit somthing on the face of the jump

and i couldn't close the  trhottle or hit the rear brake

i was pretty sore (hand,shoulder and leg)

i hope  to be able to race this weekend

or else i lose points

after the crash from last weekend, i'm not recoverd yet but not that much sore

so i decided to race today

my foot fit in the boot :)),i got a wrist brace,and lots of icy hot :D

Motocross Prundu 2011 (amatori/veterani ,prima mansa)

i didn't had space for the second heat race on my go pro

so in the end 2 very bad starts(the practice was perfect...)

and i got back in the race and pass some people  8)

conclusion a bad leg,wrist and shoulder + 2 bad starts = 2t kicking 4t ass =))
