I used a set of 02 250 2t radiators, I only had to add a mount to the frame.

Here is my rad i've altered.  After 2 years I am now fabricating full mounts.  They have been quite safe on little brackets, but seeing as im keeping her, its time to make these little things permanent.

I retract my post from before about using 02 honda radiators. I spent 4 days trying to mock them to the frame and had one clearance issue after another. After fighting with it today i grabbed a radiator off of my 03 kx250. This will work from what i can tell alot easier than the honda radiator. The only modifications i will have to make is moving the inboard water connector at the bottom of the radiator to the back of the tank.
