Podium Werx:
This my first time on the site i just finished building a kx500AF the only thing i m not happy with is the vibration.  If i removed the cylinder support will this cut down on vibration or will it cause more problems .thanks Brian

sandblaster:
I would not cut the support as you will likely cause other problems.
Since these bikes have a tendency to vibrate I would consider some bar dampeners if you don't like it.
Of course you could cut down on some vibration by getting the crank assembly balanced.
Just idle thoughts.

1989kawasaki:
ive heard you could fill your bars with silicone??? can someone fill me in on that?

Motorrad:
Not sure what state of build your motor is..

But alot of cranks simply need to be true'ed again...   either due to poor true from factory, or people in the past beating, pressing on it the way they shouldnt have..

sandblaster:
+1,
Not to mention that they weren't all that great from the factory
