I would say it all depends on where you are located.  There are many good places to send it.  My choice would be Power Seal USA.  Not sure how many posts you need to have before viewing the K5 mods section but there is a good thread on there, where members did a poll on who they thought were the best places to get one plated.

Where in the world are you from there are a few good local shops out there also
