Lots! haha, you will need a 2006 or newer 450f or 250f donor bike. you will need everything except the engine, electronics and carb from the four stroke. Then you will need someone that knows a thing or two about fabrication work. The frame, radiators, and air box/boot need to be fab'd. The pipe as well. Service Honda sell's pipes, or you can customize one your self. There are a few people on this site that can do it...

If you planning on buying a donor bike...get a good deal or start from scratch, thats what I am doing, trying to but the best of everything, still need brake set ups airbox , a few bushing and bearings, but i feel i will have great suspension with the new ohlins shock and factory  pro-circuit forks, we will see whn im done of what I spend all costs will be posted on my thread.

If you use a 99-02 250 frame you could use the wheels, pipe will have to be replaced. I've had most of the 500 conversions, my favorite is the 05 250f frame, the 99-02 frame is really good as well and of course the newest stuff has the best suspension and thats hard not to like. I'm running Ohlins shock on my 250f/500 conversion and really like it.

Oh and by the way, the 99-02 conversion is probably the easiest.
