Will 07 kx 450 top and bottom w/stem tripple clamps work on my 06 kxf 250 frame?

First, you need to look up the bearings for both bikes. If they are the same, you might be ok...... But, there may be some tweaks needed. Here is a link to what I did that may give you some ideas.

go to kawasaki.com/owners info/parts diagrams for some clue.wasnt the 06 a steel frame?

I was going to add a live link to your post but Kawasaki no longer has that link.  They have updated their site and it has changed, I did not spend much time but could not find the parts look up.  Here's where I buy my Honda parts and look up other parts.  It's a division of Service Honda.

the 06 250f is an AF... I'm making a 500 AF. I'm using forks off an 09 KX 250 but i think the 450 forks were bigger in diamater... I'm not sure though...

they will not mix and match, they will work, but you will have to use the triples for the forks, the 250f are Showa and the 450 are KYB
