I noticed your radiators sit behind the frame wishbone. Did you make that happen or is that how the 250 frame was set up originally? My Service Honda 2008 450F frame on the left side radiator had the bottom part of the tank modified because the radiator bottom sits right above the frame wishbone for clearance. This has become an issue. When I first got the bike there was about a 3/8" clearance but as the radiator mounting grommets have worn I'm down to between 1/8" - 1/4" clearance and interested in a non-weld solution. The grommets even though slighty worn are still in good shape.
By the way it's looks as if you've built a great bike!

my rads are also right beside the wish bone it just looks like they are behind it from the angle of the pic, I had to modify the bottoms on both rads as well. I didnt even think of the wear in the rubber grommets my right side rad is about a 1/4 inch away also, Oh well I will cross that bridge later.

Your right side 250F radiator is way longer. The right radiator on mine has about 3 to four inches of clearance. My AF was built from an "08" 450F frame. I guess either my year or just 450's in general use the shorter right side radiator. Maybe the 250F needs more cooling because of higher sustained revs to make power. Whatever the case may be it looks like you've got a little extra cooling capacity. I ride mostly desert year round in some brutal temps and haven't had any cooling problems yet.
