Hi guys im barry,
Got myself a nice lil 250 1991 im sure traded for an 03 tm 125 ( With blown engine and sized gearbox, never using vertex pistons again )
Bike was a lil tattie when i got her,
And stil needs a lil work, and a few parts ( rea brake fluid resovior and a right hand side radiator, Anyone with parts pm me )

Bike will be undergoing some mods, like new forks and plastics ( will try and make a 2000 year plastics and tank fit, as well as the seat ( i dont mind a lil modification) polishing the dull metal on her, ( frame has been chromed )

Nice polish job. Bike's in pretty good shape. Pipe looks pretty beat up but as long as it still goes it doesn't have to be pretty. I'm sure someone has some spare parts laying in their shed/garage. Welcome to the site. Enjoy.

Yea i just got a lil bored and thought what the hell,

I need to do an oil seal i think on my bike so soon, the whole engine will be polished,
And as we all know a well maintained bike is always going to be more reliable, so its getting striped and cleaned / rebuilt.

Welcome Barry,,, I like the way you explain the condition of the bike as a bit tattie,,, where I come from people say someone beat the s**t out of the bike.

Its actually in very good overall condtion for a nearly 20yr old bike,
It has power for days, and im used to more modern 125,s  i didnt wana spend a lot on a 250, as i have used my mates old yz 250 and i felt it really heavy and cumbersome, on the trail.  but the kx isnt too bad, and with a lil love and attention, she can be a good bike,

Basicaly cost me ?50 ( about $100 ) so cant complain for a running bike with a bad exhaust, burning a lil oil, and needing a good wash,
