Probably 01.
But check the cylinder for the embossed numbers on the side..
1911 FITS 00 KX250  11005-1911 BORE 66.40 STROKE 72MM
1938 FITS 01 KX250  11005-1938 BORE 66.40 STROKE 72MM
1959 FITS 02 KX250  11005-1959 BORE 66.40 STROKE 72MM

Or the carb
2000   KEIHIN PWK G524
2001   KEIHIN PWK G597
2002   KEIHIN PWK G667

I don't have the cylinder and I sold the carb ahahaha :-D

Well no worries, a lot of stuff swaps out 92-04.
97-04 use a larger shift fork pin set and have one less case bolt.
Since your using 94 valves with the 94 cylinder your good to go there.
