Great Ride - until

drewpers:
It is amazing how fast you recover even at my old age. But that Vac thing sucks literally and in every other way you could imagine, but it did the job. I brought my bike up to my buds and he will go over it and fix her up. I made the mistake of jumping off I saw the logs off the trail and panicked, should have ridden it out, but one will never know. I will however make the podium on the same bike, my personal goal to say you can knock me down but you can't knock me out. Hopefully sooner than later. :) I will certainly be checking my throttle cable every ride and have a spare handy also.

drewpers:
I have heard that comment before. But what do you do when someone is going to take a picture, smile. It wasn't even that bad! I am almost okay ed by the doctor to race on the 23rd. If the coloration on my arm darkens a bit, I will do it. I bought a new set of shoulder pads, pants and gloves yesterday. This weekend will be Jersey and boots. My bike is OK!!!! I little bit of the piston melted on the exhaust port and my friend/mechanic has been heating it and clearing it, no need to nickle plate!!!!!! whew, I had done that 3 weeks prior to the accident, didn't really feel like paying for all that again. Oh and a new throttle cable :)
