I don't have a picture of the modded one as it's still on the bike. The next time I change O-rings I'll snap a shot of the welded area.

The pipe is made by FMF according to the tag on the spare one I bought last year from Service Honda.
The following are P/N's and text on the tag although I don't know which is a SH P/N or an FMF P/N:

On the Service Honda Tag it has:

122000 and 419988

The FMF portion of the tag says: Service Hon Kaw
AF/KX500'07 Gnarly Pipe with a bar code and number 122000 which must be the FMF P/N.
