I was wondering if any one knows what year rear shock will a fit 96 kx 250, i think 94-02. but not sure, has any body swapped let me know year of frame and shock, and any mods.

According to the Kawi part numbers, 1996 thru 1998 shocks will fit your bike.

Why do you want to swap shocks?

i don't have one for the bike, i know the 94-98 will fit for sure. it can be a slight change to the shock and get a new part # but still fit.

99-02 will also fit, I have a 01 on my 98
