cast wheels for supermoto of the K5

Panhead:
I have heard that a set of cbr 600 wheels can be used for the conversion.  Most are 5" wide that I have seen.  Do you only need to change the bearings adn spacers here?  The rotors will work as well? 

Looking for a cheaper fix than a whole new set of supermoto wheels.  I'd like to try it before I all in for a nice set.

Any opinions?
