case oil problem

havoc raceing:
ok so when ever i ride i have to put cas oil in but when i am riding real hard or for a long time my bike smells like its burning oil and the next day there is a huge puddle of oil under my bike any body now what that is about and o ya when i get about mid way through the power band in secound it will come out of gear   :?
