KX250 RPM

Hi Guys.
What sort of rpm should I expect from my 99 KX250 and when should the KIPS kick in? It's stock as far as I can tell. Any of the spec sheets or manuals that I've seen do not give rpm details. Thanks

prob 9500rpm and peak power at 8000rpm power valve prob kicks in at 6000rpm???
