I shaved both sides of the tire, offest the spacers,shimed out the rear sprocket. and reassembiled te lower chain guide diffrently to hold the chain away from the tire. Also made a slider. I just installed the kx250 rear fender also.

If the chain just clears the tyre when the bikes not running it's pretty sure to catch it when the bikes on the move.
Mine clears it when stationary but still fouls it a bit when on the move.

I have installed a custom made chain slider on top and bottom that will not let the chain move inward into the tire.
