Ken in Kamloops
kmac:
Hey all, glad to be here from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Great riding up here, semi-desert to forested, tight to wide-open, 1500-6000'. I ride a '91 KX5 with FMF Fatty, Turbine Core can, Boyesen graphite reeds, tapered Fly bars (high cr bend), tall seat, IMS 3.6 tank, Devol rad guards. At 6' 5" 250 lbs., 44 years old, the 5 is just right, although a bit of a handful in REALLY tight stuff. Jetted leaner than stock with 55 pilot, dropped needle (2nd from top), main 162 in summer, 165 or 168 in off-season depending on temp and elevation.

Welcome to PBR. You ever put ice-cutter on that thing and take off on a frozen lake bed? :?: :!:

Hey Ken,
Greeting from AZ and welcome to the site! We have lots of cacti, rocks, more rocks, great singletrack and did I mention rocks?!! Forests too if you travel just a wee bit north...and sand a bit south...ok, we have just about everything!
Still, I bet it is absolutely beautiful up there! Actually, I know...I have relatives in BC.
Kick back, relax and post away! :D
