Pro Circuit vs FMF
redlined_KX500:
I ride MX mainly and it's a PC works for me. Perfect combo with the V-Force and reed spacer combo. Run ignition at full advance mark. I run straight C12 fuel which requires slightly leaner jets than pump gas.
KXer:
I run all FMF on my KX250 (solely because that is what the bike came with when I bought it used)
I've ridden my buddys 2000 kx250 with the PC platinum and a shorty and it had more top end then mine did.
SO if you are looking for more bottom end go with the FMF, if you are looking for more top end (like I am) go with the Pro Circuit.
kxkid:
If you are looking for top end then I would say a Fatty with a Shorty. I run the Fatty and a Turbine Core 2 on my 00 250 and it has way more power and top end then the PC with the stock silencer.
GDubb:
I've heard through the grapevine that PC usually fits the bikes better as far as exhaust mounts and pipe to silencer alignment. I wouldnt know personally since I have only used FMF so far. Just letting you know what I have heard. I do plan on getting a PC pipe and silencer when I get around to replacing the FMF on my K5 though.

You will be switching back real fast once you go to the PC system after running the FMF.
