I work in a School District as the director of Buildings and Grounds. I did the Endgineering thing for several years but gave that up for what I do now.

Cabinet Maker / Countertops. I started my own business a couple years ago. I have been in some kind of construction since 9th grade, but gave up the hard labor and weather to work indoor. :-D Anyone need a fender Laminated or veneered?

I have a full blown workshop in my basement. Lately there's been more building materials strewn about than some nice project lumber. Plus, I have a 75 Z1 900 resto going on at the same time - lol. I'd love to be working with my hands like that again.
Oh....I run the family courier service. We have about 18 vehicles from small cars to a 14' box truck. 9-11 took away the trucking part of our company. We used to have 2 24'ers running around JFK Airport on a daily basis.
Before that, I took some time after high school and worked for an old timer repairing trucks and heavy equipment. Did that for 9 years, learned a TON. No book can teach you that stuff. Then, my Mother bacame ill and wanted to retire. So here I sit....at a desk....all day long. But, no one tells me WTF to do. :-D
KXcam22:
Electrical Engineer. I am the electrical engineering manager for an industrial plant (Pulp Mill).
I started out during high school trying to make it as a beginning pro MXer. Lots of travelling. Got a reality check at Carlsbad Ca; too many racers with more backing. Later I worked at a hospital as a shipper/reciever then eventually went to back to school (Engineering).
