power valve problem?

<< < (2/2)

Kawasakinut:
jeeks you guys are always right. basically all my pv gears are defect in some manner. right now i'm having camera issues ( it eats batteries like a fat guy eats cake.) that and i'm still trying to figure it out (cannon powershot). so i should have some pics after school tommorow. thats all i do college-project-project-college-project-project-project. i have a new theory for myself " i'll always keep a project bike in the lineup so i can continue learning about what makes the cycles tick. now if i could only gather some greenbacks for a new klx450r a.k.a woods weapon. i'm sick of not riding

Kawasakinut:
well my gears where chewed and look what else i found!!! if you all are into photography i used a cannon powershot ( that black cloth is actually a black tee shirt i used to lay the parts out -check out the detail!

Jeeks:
You may want to look into replacing a few of those parts.  The teeth on the gears look a tad worn.

Kawasakinut:
there was a Allen screw there i just didn't put it in the photo. that washer i believe is from the actuating arm. I'm fairly sure that it came from the power valve, but i got a lot of bolts and nuts laying around so I'll have to check the manual when i go to install.
