I can't believe I just found this site! I have ridden/ raced Kawasakis since I got my 1981 KX125 in 1982. I think, if memory serves me correctly, I'm on my 19th green bike. I live in Washougal, WA about 5 miles from the national track. Most of my racing over the years has been in the Oregon off-road scene, but I have also raced quite a bit in Nevada, California, and Baja in my younger days. I still like to race and my family is into it, so it allows us to spend a lot of time together. I currently ride an '05 KX250 thats set up for off road. I am going to have to switch to a 4 stroke (I do want to stay green), and I think the KLX450 will be the right choice for me. I hope to have that this Spring some time. I'm glad to find this site!
