Thx for info,can now tell a friend about it,he have the same problem.

Hmm, my K5 is having a serious the same problems, I will try that, should I just blow it with air?

John:
I used a single pin from a steal brush. Small diameter and does not bend. Whatever it was, it was hard and didn't go away by just blowing air.
