02 KX 125 kips valve settings?

I had a cylinder replated and I can't remember how the "dots" line up.  Does the gear that moves the valve and has the "dot" on it line up at 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock.  Then where does the piece that comes from the bottom line up??????

This is different from the 500 you know!!!!!
