alan:
Ok guys I want to set some things straight!  I do not want to have anymore criticism about the grammar, spelling, or punctuation.  There are many members including myself that did not graduate from college and I am still interested in what everyone has to say.  There are other members from outside the US that speak and write several languages and I certainly do not want there grammar or spelling criticized or corrected.  Anyone who post and gets there point across is ok with me!  I never want anyone to not share valuable information or not ask questions with this group, because they are to shy or embarrassed to post.  We are all here because we all have a mutual interest in ridding, on road, off road, two, three, or four wheels.  It does not matter, that is how we all got here.  So let us be a little more considerate and understanding of the diversity of all members.

Just one more thing, English is one of most screwed up languages in the world!  There-Their-To-Too-Two, Who cares! Do they all sound the same?  My wife is a college professor and she says, the most important thing is to communicate.  She does demand that papers are spelled and punctuated correctly. Just remember, this aint academia!  Nor is it a literary group!  Therefore, if it matters so much for everything to be perfect, maybe you need to look for a different group!

Alan :-D

Remember Alan if things sound too technical that can be intimidating and may keep some people with simpler questions away also. And second this is academia, this is invention, physics, chemistry and more, But if anyone ever sees me in a Literary Group please put me out of my misery and give my broken bike to someone who will use it properly. The english language is tough, but I believe it should be used with care. Just like the National Flag, English is our National language and should be respected. This is my opinion, but my opinion does not keep people with bad grammar or punctuation from being good, decent people in my eyes, it is only an opinion. And while we are on the subject I think you have the D in duck and the F in fubya mixed up

stewart:
lets move on ......forgive and forget we can get on with productive threads

alan:
Yep, thanks Stewart, I was about to delete the whole thread!

Friar-Tuck:
 Man,
Did I tell you I Love you guys?
I try to re-check every post for typo's and all as best I can, and usually fall short, oh well.

Sly, My body feels like I'm 60, I ride like I'm 6, and my education doesn't go much farther than 6th grade.
(and looking back at that last sentence thats way too many sixes....)
And I admire your True Grit and determination in "Taking Charge of that K-5"
Some "Girls just want to have Fun"  :-D

Alan is right on about being upset at grammar. My wife is Philipino and telling them their proununciation
is wrong is a big "Bad dog no biscuit".
Stew- Keep on Keepin on. When you get to what you've determined to be a finished piston design I would like to throw out the Idea of sending one off to Arias (or the like) and may be get a bunch made. Heck, Stew, you just might be worth a fortune!
Danger, Forgive us our tresspasses, well you know... :-)

Open Class, You probably forgot more than I'll know about riding  and you know what, THAT'S O.K.

Thanks for keeping things straight Alan.
Got to go.. another Dr. Appt.
 Take Care, All
