pro circuit pipe kx125

my bike has a fmf pipe with the stock silencer (I assume it's the stocker,looks stock)
it has some dents in the pipe and doesnt look that great. I spend alot of time on ebay and have found a very nice procircuit platinum pipe very reasonable,  my ? is will the stock silencer I have work with the procircuit pipe.
 when changing pipes like a fmf to procircuit will that affect my jetting?
not too good with getting things like this to work for me. changing jetting and such........ :-D
