 well the shock is garbage . went riding on a monster outdoor motox track and it leaked all the fluid out and is like a pogo stick now... does anybody know if a 99-02 rear shock will fit my bike , my bikes a 98 ... anyone with knowledge on this matter please help . thanks

I used to rebuild KDX suspension as a hobby, so maybe I can shed some light on it.

Do you know if your current shock is damged so bad that it can not be rebuilt?  Pretty much any shock you get off eBay or elsewhere is going to need a rebuild, anyway.

Stop riding it with the shock in that shape, by the way.  You will surely damage it and/or yourself.
