I have some updated pictures, it's not done yet but it's getting there.  As for the powercoat setup, I bought a gun for about $180, it a starter gun but it works fine for home use.  I have a spare oven that I coat all the smaller parts in and for the frame and rims I built an oven out of 26 ga. sheet metal that is wrapped in fiberglass insulation board, and it uses the 4 top burners.  I used a piece of tempered glass for the window and a grill thermometer. It works really good but I have to watch it constantly becuase I have to control the tempature manually.
