I spent a few weeks in the UK London Brighton, etc. back in 1965! A kx500 would be a handful in London for sure!

I added a Steahly flywheel weight and I like it so far.  I have not been able to get to the track or the wooded trails yet because of the icy weather here in Oklahoma.  I did get it out on the street between ice storms.  It takes the light switch power band and makes it rev up like a 4 stroke.  It made it easier to start.  I think it's a good choice for me because I'm just a recreational rider and I have experienced the pain the KX500 can dish out.  When I go to the sand dunes I'll take it off because you want the light switch power band in the sand.  Here's some pictures, they both show the tool that comes with the weight.  Here's a link to Steahly

Nice Pic's David! I just ordered one for my 01! I am going to chuck up my lathe and turn about 1/2 of the weight off! Mybe it will make it run like a 3 cycle He He! :lol: :lol: :lol:
