Update :D
Cylinder is back, arrived yesterday.
Its been nicasil plated, welded, machined and arrived with a pro-x piston which is 53.95mm ) < Overbored ?
Also got my new gudgeon pin, small end bearing and circlips.
Still need to order the seal for the main control shaft on the powervalve assembly, but i havn't bothered ordering a new exhaust valve because im going to re-use the old one.
Just waiting for my friend to return from new zealand this week and then i will get him to put the bike back together.
I would do it myself but he is a proper bike mechanic and i don't want to ruin ?250 worth of repaired stuff :D

Just for possible future referance to anyone in the UK.
Poetonaptec and Langcourt
http://www.poetonaptec.co.uk/
http://www.applegate.co.uk/company/00/43/645.htm are the main people that specialise in cylinder coating and as far as I am aware Stan Stephens sends their cylinders off to one of them anyway.
I sent mine off to Stan Stephens before anyone mentioned it to me as well though, no problems and it came back after being welded round the exhaust port and re-coated so I am pleased with the result.

Thanks for the links :)
It says on the invoice " No Guarantee on weld "
Which i'm not too impressed with :@
If it fails i can't send it back and say " OI FIX IT FOR FREE "

New Update.
Get the new seal and screws for the powervalve assembly today.
Took me about three hours to figure out how to put the power valve back together LOL
Takes ages to time it properly,
Might be mid next week though before the mechanic friend can come over and put the piston into the cylinder for me :(
