I have started the kx500 alloy frame conversion more pics to come but frame is done doing pipe now and air boot

Looking good, What frame or bike are you using??

Looks great, nice job using existing mounts and wishbone!! I can't even see the seams in the down tubes. I just finished my radiators, I think that was the hardest part. I tried to use the 250f airboot but the overall length wouldn't work with a reed spacer and rad valve. The 500 boot and an adapter plate fit nicely.

Hi hughes usin a kx450f 06 frame the one in my gallery because my 07 kx450f will be here in a couple of weeks then i will have the best of both
