1999 KX250 Nikasil barrel help

Recently bought a KX250 from 99, stripped it to do a top end just to freshen the bike up and see the barrels in a bad state. Looks like the bike ran a bit hot/lean which scored the nikasil. From what I know this barrel was renilasiled about 50 hours ago and the bikes running an A piston. Any advice for how I should proceed?
