Think twice if you C this name on ebay psimard3

I found a K5 axel on ebay, I thought I might buy it and leave it in my spair wheel just to keep stuff out of the bearings. Bid just a small amount, if I get it great if I don't no loss. I checked his feed back and he or she had some bad statements. A few said no parts recieved, got a refund after a long wait. Some said no parts no refund. So I gave him a chance to respond. Here's what I asked from psimard3 (ebay name):

Would like to bid on this item but I'm VERY concerned about your negative feed back??? Slow shipping, parts not received, most said money refunded, I don't want to tie up my money????????

They sent back this answer:

It says no dents, but it says nothing about scratches! I has three deep scratches up  in front were the front spring mounts are! After I received the pipe I e-mailed the guy and he answered back, OOps I didn't see the scratches, I will give you your money back if you want! I guess my point is not what the say in the ads, it is what is not said!

When using ebay you have to take that into consideration. I've been seriously burned with ebay. So, I choose to keep away if possible. Alan, that user is a member here.
