Anyone Ridding!

(1/3) > >>

alan:
I haven't heard any riding stories lately! Is everyone hunkered down for the winter or overhauling the bike?

Alan :D

Spider:
I haven't been riding since the last weekend in December. I lost the closest place I had to ride to Hurricane Rita, and the forrest trails have been closed since Jan. 25 due to excessive rain.

Rode yesterday. 3 hour burst at the Orari river bed with 3 mates. 40 miles of 1st 2nd 3rd gear stuff. 1 or 2 axle deep river crossings. Mostly just shallow creeks where the track criss cross the main stream. Even down here with high summer, its hard to find someone to go for a burn with cause there are a lot of people still on holidays out of town.

KXcam22:
Sorry. No rides here, it's the middle of ski season.  Ice races every weekend but I never find the time to race.  Hey Tim, lots of Kiwis on holidays here skiing! Skied with a bunch today.  Cam.

Timbowe:
Ahh so thats where thy've gone ! A mate of mine was living over your way there for a couple of years. He would step out of his appartment and on to a bus and be at the Whistler in around 1/2 an hour. Reckoned it was brilloes. I'd much rather go there in the summer tho. Check out their mountain biking tracks.
