Need help from across the pond or down under

My friend found a picture of a Nissan Navara truck that has a shell top that looks real cool. I would like to purchase one for my truck. I've been surfing the net for 3 days with no luck at all. The Navara is made for the U.K. and Aussie/New Zealand market. He found the picture on a U.K. web site, but can't find which site it was. Can any of you guys help me out with the name of the manufacturer of the shell top? Here's a picture.

Looks like a concept topper shell. Have you tried the boys at Nissan Research and Developement ?  Perhaps email them  the picture and ask if they made it.
