I went snowboarding yesterday, but it was too cold to actually enjoy it. At the top of the mountain it was -12F.

The coldest I have skiid in is -29 F . You cant have any skin showing or it gets frostbite.
Kxcam22: do you ski at Sun Peaks or Silverstar ? Or do you just drive to Whistler or Apex ?
I have some location envy about the Canadian Rockies. You are fortunate to live there.
My KX500 is just sitting in the garage wishing it could go for a ride.

You're probably still wearing sunscreen. I'll get my revenge - most of those blind old people driving motorhomes with canadian plates and clogging up your roads and golf courses are from my neighbourhood. I'll send them to you every winter.
JS, I get a family seasons pass at Sun Peaks each year. It's about 40min from town. Silver star is about an hour away. Both are easy drives. Whistler is about 6 hours but they have been getting lousy snow. Sun Peaks has had the best ski conditions in the province the last few years so we stick around. Still waiting for the real snow to happen. Cam.

I grew up in Colorado, went skiing once broke my ankle and decided I would stick with motorcycles!
