99’ KX60 Steering Question

I've just picked up this bike and it runs flawless but when I go to turn it hits the gas tank. Without the gas tank on it ends up hitting the frame going left and hits the radiator with the fork going right and I'm not sure if I'm missing steering stoppers or possibly have the wrong forks but I don't think that's likely.
