Suitable wheel modernization for a 1998 KX 250

Hey folk! I’m new here, just purchased a 1998 KX 250….and it’s BEAT!! Looking for front and rear wheel upgrade. I have a line on a MINT set of 2018 RMZ 450 wheels…..would they fit? And if not, what spacer or changes would I have to make to allow fitment? Has anyone ever attempted this before?
