Hi, when you fitted the KXF 250 rear brake pedal to your KX did you have to add a copper or steel sleeve or is it only the 450 that has a bigger pivot hole?
I got a new KXF 450 pedal cheap, part number 13236-0097 there is a lot of play but need to make it work on a 1990 KX 125, thanks

I watched that video about 10 days ago, i am trying to do the same with my 97 kx250, my pedal has a ton of of slop in the pin /clevis area. I have been trying to figure out the same!

I worked it out Borntworide, we were both being plonkers 😊 first job is clean the original pedal like I also failed to do and you will then see a steel sleeve inside the original, heat the alloy pedal near the pivot hole and press out, I used a long bolt with a stack of washers along with a 10mm socket and larger socket with large penny washers on the other side! Great idea all the same sandblaster 👍🏼

I used the old sleeve but my bike is a 1990, looking at the yours it shares the same bolt as a KXF part number 92154-1431 so I think your pedal is more than likely a straight swap with a KXF! You can get an after market pedal in the UK for £26.49 which is about 1/3rd of the price of an original!
