Press it out, clean it up and press in a new bearing.

I’m almost certain that is actually the cast aluminum damaged and created a burr along the outside edge. The bearing was probably bad and sitting on an angle wearing away the cast. But I’ll have a closer look!

Send it to me.
I'll press out the outer bearing sleeve, clean it, and send it back.
Please remove all your bearings and seals and de-grease it.
If interested, PM me, if not, no worries, I'm good

Sandblaster will make it look like new.
KXDINO:
after you renew the bearing and you can use the bearing out of kxf which have a wax sought of stuff between the needles different part number ,new seals and sleevs are a must to reduce play and grease often, dont forget to do the swingarm bearings and bolt while your at it could save you the hassle of getting a seize bolt out later.

Hey All. Here’s an update! It turned out that the linkage was damaged and NOT the bearing housing left over. So I had the linkage riemed out and a bronze sleeve made by the machinist here at my work. Pressed them into eachother and the linkage is better than new. Here’s a few photos:
