2200 miles shouldn’t be that tough. I put a barrel of c12 through my kx every winter with minimal maintenance. Usually a piston every season as I find they are much easier to change when they are in one piece.

More like working on the bikes so the trip can begin lol...

Alex's bike was started and ran a bit today so all he has to do is tie up some wiring and fiddle with jetting and he is ready to roll.
Jason's bike needs a bit more work...
As you can see, Alex has made some good progress on it..
