Of course now I screwed up my front brake. It was a little soft so I thought Id open the bleeder and let some clean fluid run thru and now I cant get any front brake at ALL. :(

I wish everything was this easy to fix.

Turned out it was just an air bubble in the brake hose due to the hose loping slightly higher than the master cylinder. I lowered the brake line in the clamp and tilted the bars in a way that made it so the brake cylinder was the highest point in the system, snapped the brake lever a few times and burped several big air bubbles at the brake cylinder.

Stops good now.....

Good to hear, having no front brake sucks butt

I've got this fat syringe with a clear rubber type hose that conects to the bleed nipple. Just loosen of the nipple and suck the fluid through till you see no more bubbles. Works a treat. Also helps to have the master cylinder facing towards the ground slightly as you say.

Ive actually got a mighty-vac with the brake bleed attachments. I didnt think to use it at the time cause it was full of fork oil from drawing the correct lever from the tubes
