Kx 125 fork oil height

Hey guys gonna be changing my fork seals bushes etc this week got my weight fork springs fitted what's best oil height for a 12 stone ride been using it with 85mil

 Oh yeah my bad it's a 2008

go std oil height by the owners manual , re valve if it bottoming out , go gold valve would be better .
